Processing for Orders
In addition to normal shipping times, processing times may vary from 24 to 48 hours.
We Ship using only one Carrier, the United States Postal Service (USPS)
For Any Order above $10, your shipping is free, through USPS First Class Mail (Free Shipping 3 - 8 days as per USPS.com for U.S. Customers and 1-4 Weeks for International Customers > dependent on Country)
Last But Not Least, we only ship from the United States.
International Shipping rates for the "Free Option" will remain free. However, if using the USPS Priority Mail option, the shipping charge is valid for U.S. Customers only. If you wish to use this service, you will be charged actual shipping costs, which are north of this figure. We will, in every attempt, not charge you extra for this shipping cost, and will ship via first class mail, and compensate your shipping charge with products sold on the site, equivalent to your shipping cost. Furthermore, we are not held liable for international countries' customs duties, and we cannot control each respective countries varying rates and taxes imposed on your package. We ship packages at a low cost, and in good faith that you will receive them. Prior to making a purchase, you may want to contact your local post to determine rates from the United States of America.
Returns on e-Juice and Flavors.
Our apologies, but we do not accept any returns on our juice, due to the possibility of cross contamination of products.
Return shipping
If your order was placed via the "Free Option," a customer's return shipping must be paid by the customer. Additionally, for customers using the USPS Priority Mail option, a return label via First Class mail will be provided.
Replacements
Replacement parts are shipped from our manufacturer, and may take from 1 to 2 weeks to be re-shipped.
